Prenatal Clinic for Low Income
Dr. Poppy’s Prenatal Clinic for low income mom's is designed to help pregnant women with a lack of funds, resources, support or information quickly access quality prenatal care. Qualifying patients are provided with complimentary blood work, a comprehensive health assessment, and supplements/medications as needed.
We need the 3 most recent paystubs for all forms of household income and a copy of the most recent tax return. Approval is based off of the poverty guidelines for the current year for Missouri.

Chandas and Julie are our wonderful lab staff! Our lab is a closed IOP contracted with Quest Diagnostics. We conveniently offer lab draws same day as your appointment, but we do not draw labs for providers outside of our office.
